Aloth and Durance do have lowly scepters and wands I can give them, but are those helped a lot by the "Sure Handed" chant? They barely seem to have a reload time that I can see. Bonus is that Kana is more certain to have the frontline in range of his chants, downside is I don't know what the MC would be chanting. Aloth and Durance focus on their spells (both per encounter and per rest), Kana chants up with the frontline. MC going ham with 4 guns and no melee weapons. Downside is that in testing I've noticed Aloth and Durance kind of have to pick EITHER spells OR guns, they really can't do both that well since casting a spell I need appears to interrupts the reload. Upside is that a lot of people are getting the "Sure handed" bonus and I have a backup plan for if my front line (Eder and Hiravias) get overwhelmed. I'm thinking about respeccing this character eventually anyway, and I'm wondering which of these two would be better:Īloth, Kana Rua, Durance and MC all using guns, backed up by the "Sure handed." chant for extra speed. But reading up a bit online it seems that many guides discuss guns becoming less powerful in the lategame. To make the most out of it I decided that my Island Anuma chanter do the "hold 4 guns and quick switch between them" thing. After getting greedy I decided to buy the Fulvano's blunderbuss because it's portrait was golden.
